Relaxa't amb tota la família en aquest allotjament decorat amb molt amor. L'apartament disposa de dues habitacions, una amb dos llits de 90 i una habitació de matrimoni amb llit de 135 i un gran armari. També tenim Wifi. Té accès directe a la Cala Bot. El recinte té una gran piscina, un petit parc infantil, una pista de bàsquet i fútbol i una taula de ping pong. Molt aprop trobaràs el passeig principal amb restaurants, botigues, un llarg carril bici, un gran parc infantil i supermercats.

A very private and cosy stone Tiny House with stunning mountain & pool views. PERFECT IF YOU LOVE SILENCE, NATURE. The local area has a river, castle, winery, mountains and mediterranean beaches. This lovely mezzanine studio has everything that you need for a relaxing holiday. The private terrace outside has a BBQ, table, chairs and amazing views to enjoy your evening glass of vino! The kitchen is fully equipped. Only the Pool area is shared with other guests. WiFi is great 90% of the time.

"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.

This place is where I grew up and spent a large part of my youth. Farming is part of my family roots, so together with my grandfather Ramón we produce our own olive oil. The house is located on a private estate surrounded by olive trees, and has a large garden with different areas to relax, play or enjoy the pool. Prepare a barbecue or a pizza and share a good meal with friends or family.
