The apartement is located in the pedestrian area of San Lorenzo in the artistic heart of Florence. San Lorenzo neighborhood is the liveliest place in Florence. It's famous for its beautiuful Basilica, the Cappelle Medicee and the Mercato Centrale. It's five minutes walk from the Central train Station of Santa Maria Novella and three minutes walk from the Duomo. It's also very close to the Uffizi, the Galleria of the Accademia, Ponte Vecchio and all the most famous shopping streets of Florence.

My husband and I have lived in the house for eight years, a great love binds us to this space and in making it available to guests we hope it will be their home during their stay in Florence. You can use a well-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge, espresso machine, kettle with a selection of teas and herbal, toaster the necessary to cook (salt, pepper, oil..). In the bathroom you will find shampoo and shower gel you can use on your needs but with attention to sharing with others.

Welcome to Fiesole in Giardino Home In the nice Fiesole, the hill overlooking Florence, a small independent house, with bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom, all renovated. Breakfast inclusive in the price: in the Spring/Summer the breakfast is served on the roof terrace with view! Totally renovated, this house is located on the ground floor of my family home, an ancient house dating back of 1700. Just few kilometres to Florence, but surrounded by the quiet of tuscan country.

WiFi fibra ultraveloce, TV con Chromecast, aria condizionata caldo/freddo illimitata. Ottimi collegamenti: fermata bus e taxi sotto casa, stazione raggiungibile a piedi. Parcheggi sotto casa e accesso auto senza ZTL.

L'appartamento fu costruito in Epoca Rinascimentale ( intorno al 1550 ) e si trova in centro a Firenze, a soli 12 minuti a piedi dalla stazione principale dei treni SANTA MARIA NOVELLA. L'abitazione è dotata di tante comodità , dall'aria condizionata centralizzata a molti altri servizi per un soggiorno rilassante . Tutte le attrazioni tra cui il Duomo e Piazza Signoria sono vicinissime. Nella stessa strada della casa ci sono tre ottimi RISTORANTI che consiglio vivamente di provare .
