Our tiny, traditional house, hand-built in 1924, consists of a kitchen and bathroom downstairs (19 sq.m) and a double bedroom upstairs (16 sq.m) as well as a big and lovely terrace. It is located in the traditional village of Svoronata, less than a mile from the airport (0.9 mi), Ammes beach (0.5 mi) and many other beautiful coasts. The apartment was build in 2021 and is ideally located in the heart of "Kourkoumelata" village which is considered to be as one of the most beautiful and elegant villages with remarkable architecture and colorful gardens!There are many public places to enjoy the sunset and the apartment is very close to a cafe and a greek taverna. The southern beaches Avithos, Megali Petra and Ai Helis are 2,5km away. The airport is only 4,5 km away and the capital called Argostoli 10km far.

It is located in the most tourist area of the island. At a short distance there are some of the most well-known beaches such as AI HELIS beach and AVITHOS (1,5klm), MAKRYS GIALOS (6klm) and 9klm away from the capital of the island, ARGOSTOLI. We need to mention that airport is only 3klm away.
