The accommodation is 12 km from the city of Régua (railway and landing dock) and 18 km from the city of Lamego (Ribeiro Conceição Theater and Cathedral). The house has 3 bedrooms equipped with air conditioning, and 2 bathrooms, and bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped.
