Rates are 2 people twin share queen bed, extra fees 20pp up to 4 adults. Entire use of self contained unit and access to Spa (Bathers to be worn please as not a bath tub for bathing in but relaxing in, full kitchen with gas hotplates and oven, queen bed, if you require seperate beds then you must book for 3 adults and sofa bed will be available cannot sleep more than 4. A short 20-30 minute drive to Lorne and The Great Ocean Road. Nb currently no oven. The accomodation is seperate from the main house and is in tank water only .. which is drinkable. The heating is a wood fire for those cold days/nights.
