Ideal for a peaceful getaway, but also handy for visiting Longleat, Frome, Bath, Sherborne and Salisbury etc. Under 15 minutes from the A303, so a convenient stop-over if you are travelling to the West Country.

Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

The Cabin

The Cabin is only a stones throw from the A303. Two public houses with popular dining are within 10 minutes walk of the property. Well behaved single dogs are welcome and walks are conveniently situated, including to National Trust Stourhead. Easy access to local towns Bruton, Frome and Shaftesbury, gives a range of places of interest. Nunney and Wardour castles are around 30 Minutes drive. A list of attractions is provided in the cabin and we are happy to give guidance if required.

And relax…! Enjoy a break and unwind in our peaceful garden room. Or, if you would rather be active, head out by foot or by bike to explore the forest. Stourhead NT house and gardens are within walking distance with its cafes, gallery and farm shop. There are 3 country pubs within 1.5 miles which all do meals. Stonehenge, Gold Hill in Shaftesbury, Frome, Bath and Sherborne are all great trips out. Dogs welcome.
