A nice, recently renovated 32m² industrial design apartment that is very well laid out. With lots of light and views in a quiet area 15 minutes walk from downtown, bus stop 60m away, and private parking area for your car. Disconnect in this unique and air-conditioned accommodation. And if you need it, enjoy a Peugeot Rifter with all the extras for only €45 a day with pick-up and drop-off at the same accommodation. Also transfer service to Madrid, Córdoba, Granada and Málaga.

Newly renovated penthouse on one of Jaén's main avenues. It has a great terrace of about 10m² with table and chairs, and a folding ceiling for the sunniest days. Functional and spacious rooms, with a simple and elegant decoration. I have taken special care in providing a quality rest, with a high end Flex mattress 160cm and good pillows and sheets.
