The barn has two floors of 60 sqm (120 sqm total): on the first floor the large and bright living area and on the ground floor the bedroom with bathroom. There is a private furnished garden.

Ten minutes from Udine, an hour from the sea, an hour from the mountains. Nearby are San Daniele, Gemona, Venzone, and Cividale, fascinating villages to visit.

You can park temporary to load/unload but we suggest to park the car in Via Mentana close to Moretti Park (free) or Magrini Parking (public toll parking) to avoid tickets and fines-
