A bright and airy two bedroom barn conversation with exposed beams on the side of our family home on the outskirts of Holcombe Village in Radstock. With parking outside the door and being on one level with widened internal doors, the accommodation is suitable for all abilities. The first of two bedrooms has a double bed and the second has two single beds. The bathroom has a walk in shower, towels provided. The Amberley House Annex is a private space adjoining this historic main house, just above the river Mells in the beautiful little village of Great Elm, just 10 minutes outside of Frome. You have your own front door, a cosy sitting room and upstairs a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Just a minute walk down the hill takes you to the beautiful river where you can walk either in the direction of the villages of Mells, Chantry and Whatley or the other way towards Frome itself.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is a modern, comfortable barn conversion situated in an area that used to be part of the farmyard, opposite our farmhouse cottage and a pretty mill with a view of the village on the hillside where the sun sets. Little gated courtyard with table and chairs to enjoy that view. Walking distance to the village shop and local pub for drinks. Situated in the quiet hamlet of Edford, Holcombe is 30 minutes away from Bath, 20 minutes from Wells and Glastonbury, 10 minutes from Shepton Mallet and Frome.

Longleat, Bruton with Hauser & Wirth Gallery & the Newt Garden/restaurant close by & Bath 20 mins drive. Please note we do have facilities for babies.
