Center Arlon - entier apartment

Very convenient 1 bedroom apartment 52 square meter surface on the 1st floor(ground floor is an beauty institut) of a three-story small building. Only one apartment on each floor. The sofa is also a bed. In the city center of Arlon. 1 min by walk to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. 6 min by walk to Arlon Train station. Easy to park down the building and close to free parking places. Bed sheets and trowels are provided in according to the number of guests. Hot water is well equipped.

Relaxing guesthouse in the south of Belgium

Open in 2013, my guesthouse is an old farm (19th century) completely refurbished located in a small and calm village in the South of Belgium. This village is only from 5' from the borders with France and Luxemburg. The guest house offers and amazing kitchen and a complete wellness center with hammam, dry sauna and outside jacuzzi (available from April to September). The guest house is located between the mains town of the area and forrests. We only accept families (no group or companies)

Studio indépendant à Arlon. Proche de la frontière luxembourgeoise, au calme dans un écrin de verdure. Sas d'entrée pour vélo, parking facile dans la rue. Il est plus facile de se déplacer aux alentours du studio en voiture ( rue en côte, peu de bus) Nous habitons dans la maison attenant au studio (indépendant) et sommes donc présents pour vous aider en cas de besoin. Gare d'Arlon à 2km Frontière luxembourgeoise à 2km, Luxembourg Ville à 32km Le studio fait environ 25m carré.

Minutieusement aménagé pour vous accueillir, chaque espace a été pensé afin de vous sentir comme chez vous. Les meilleures viennoiseries sont françaises et ne sont qu'à quelques minutes et pour les frites belges, vous avez l'embarras du choix ici, suivis d'une bonne balade dans les bois pour la digestion ou si vous préféré les digestions plus extrêmes, il y a toujours un simulateur de chute libre à quelques minutes du logement ainsi que de nombreuses activité dans la région.

Studio vue sur jardin

Petit studio au calme situé à 15 minutes de la gare de longwy à pied (train direct vers Luxembourg). Tout équipé il conviendra à de courts ou moyens séjours . Idéal pour une personne mais peut convenir pour deux personnes (courte durée). Un parking est disponible gratuitement devant l’immeuble, l’arrêt de bus se trouve également juste devant. Situé en rez de jardin il est calme car il ne donne pas sur la rue. Un accès au jardin peut etre possible sur demande.

Charmante maison aux portes des forêts gaumaises

Cette maison entièrement rénovée est située au coeur d'un des plus beaux villages de Gaume. Elle est le point de départ de splendides randonnées pédestres, équestres et cyclistes en forêt. Luxembourg Ville, Orval ou Montmédy sont en outre à moins de 30 minutes en voiture. La terrasse couverte en bois donne accès au jardin entièrement clôturé (en cours d'aménagement). L'espace de rangement peut accueillir vélos, coffre de toit, etc.

Idéalement situé il donne accès à différents commerces, mais également à la gare de Longwy situé à seulement 250 m à pied, donnant ainsi un accès direct pour le Luxembourg. The studio of +/-70m² is iin the attic and part of our house located in a residential part of Waltzing near Arlon. The studio is completely for yourself. Come and relax in a quiet environment close to the woods. There are bicycle paths, forests to walk through and several interesting places to discover the Gaume and the Grand Duchy.
