Summerdream at the lake. As a couple or with kids!

Our cottage is located directly on the lakeside, consists of 3 apartments and 2 add. rooms to rent (i.e. for children). The spacious lakefront property is a place of adventure and relaxation as well as an oasis for swimming, sunbathing and simply unwind - the contrast to crowded lakes. House and garden are well secured and only separated by an access road. Additionally: steam bath, playground, barbecue, fire pit, picnic tables, 2 rowing boats, washing machine, dryer and rooms with terraces.

Unser Highlight: ein beheizter Pool, der im Winter als Whirlpool genutzt wird – mit Fernblick über die Alpen und Nähe zu Graz. Ob Erholungstrip oder Stadturlaub, hier findet man alles, was das Herz begehrt. Der Wohnraum bietet 2+2 Betten (inkl. Komfort-Sofa). Direkt nebenan liegt das Fitnessstudio, das mit Schmoltis Chalet genutzt wird. Auch unsere Alpakas freuen sich auf euren Besuch!

It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. Full day, no matter what season. Absolutely no noise from cars, construction sites or anything else. Wifi !!
