Lovely house with lake location

Summer cottage idyll with direct lake location and all amenities. Secluded and private location with unobstructed views in the west (sun all afternoon and evening) but at the same time the cottage is also part of a small village where there is a soccer field, playground for the smaller children and a larger common swimming area with rocks (about 5 minutes' walk). Private jetty for meals directly by the water and swimming jetty directly adjacent to the plot (about 50 meters below the house). The rowing boat seats 4-6 people and fishing gear is available.

Wood-burning stove .floor bed 1.2 m width. Desk . Armchairs. Door out to the terrace. One bedroom with bunk bed .2 Closets. One window . TV room with kitchenette hot plate microwave fridge and sink. view of the courtyard to the west. WC and shower view of the church. Close to the forest with berries, mushrooms and wild life, lovely walking paths in the local environment.

Lovely family place, open spaces overlooking 18th century mill. Well-equipped kitchen, a paradise for cooking! Sauna and access to small swimming area, rowing boat and 4 canoes (Canadian). Large terrace, 2 grills. Small soccer field with 2 goals. Large trampoline (without net), ping pong table, proximity to berry and mushroom forest. 5 km to golf course, possibility to borrow golf clubs, 2 pers. Wifi. Two TV corners. Two min walk away there is free local transport to the tourist destination Åsby Trädgård, Skanztöbadet, Westerqwarn, Strömsholm and the riding school. A uniqe cottage at a small farm 200 m from Hjälmaren. We try to walk as light on earth as possible. The environment is perfect for relaxing nature experiences. On the farm we keep, cows, chickens, geese, ducks a dog and two cats and bees. Possibilty to rent an inflatable kajak with 1-3 seats and/or a SUP. " Et veldig koselig sted. Idyllic guesthouse on the country side!

A guesthouse, with one room and a bathroom, renovated 2017 located on our farm. There is 3 beds, but the bedsofa is made for 2, and then we have 2 single beds. The guesthouse has a little, nice outdoor deck were you can BBQ or just relax with privacy! You will have close access to nature and the lake Hjälmaren, 6 kilometers. Small supermarket is just 800 meter away. Bikes to borrow if you need. Free fishing in the lake Hjälmaren.
