In front of the house there is a large grassy, well-maintained area and 2 beautiful terraces. The kitchen is highly equipped, it is possible to cook and bake. The city center is about a 10-minute walk away. Nearby are a café, bakery, confectionery, convenience store, tobacco shop, drugstore, laundry, gym, bus stops and pharmacy. Pets can be brought on request.
