The accommodation is a 1-min walk from the train station and close to all amenities (shops, public transport, restaurants, city center...). The listing is in a building that is set back from the road. In a courtyard. The place is very quiet. Cut off from road noise. A lockbox allows you to check in independently. It can accommodate up to 4 people. It is suitable for couples, families, travelers, and professionals. It is a 5-min walk to the prefecture, 10 min to old Laval and its castle, 15 min walk to the SNCF train station. 6 min to the Laval hospital. Free street parking.

Friendly studio.

This friendly and modern studio on the 1st floor, completely refurbished, will make you fall in love. As you can say "small but cute", indeed it is a one-room studio furnished with a bed with good quality bedding. We've optimized the space as much as possible. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It is located 50 m from a bakery, in the city center of Chateau-Gontier. Parking is available on the street for free.
