Fully restored and equipped with all comforts : equipped kitchen, Senseo coffee maker, bathroom, bedroom with mezzanine, possibility to make barbecues, loungers for the garden. Discreet and lovely neighbors. Ideal for couples and children or other adults (sofa bed). Lovers of local markets, hiking, mountain biking, horse riding, fishing and mushroom picking.

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

Restored with exposed stones and beams, this pretty house consists of three levels, a kitchen on the ground floor, a floor with office, bedroom with two single beds, sleeping area with a double bed (isolated from other guests by a separation), bathroom and a modern basement with a bathroom with a walk-in shower as well as a laundry room. Ideally located 10 minutes from Lake Bariousses, 15 minutes from Treignac and 30 minutes from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on-site tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish in the pond (hours and rates on carpodrome.fr).

In a peaceful hamlet, 5 minutes' drive to downtown. It offers beautiful views of MAURIAC and the countryside. Trails, the lake and golf are within walking distance. Living room: 37 m2, bright with soft and relaxing colors with very well-equipped kitchen area and comfortable relaxation area. Bedrooms: approx. 10 m2, in warm or pastel colors with double bed. Bathroom: 6 m2, shower, sink, toilet and storage.

Come and discover the Prince's nest! Ideally located in the heart of Aurillac (in the pedestrian area), you will have an independent floor which contains a large bathroom, a bedroom with very good quality bedding and a desk area with Wi-Fi (no kitchen or kitchenette).
