A 2 pas du Musée "Le Vieux Cormenier", 5 min en voiture du parc animalier "La Vallée des Singes", 45 min du Futuroscope, 35 min du Circuit de Valdivienne. A 7 kms des commerces, du centre aquatique, des médecins, pharmacies, du ciné, des restos, des stations services... Linges de lit et de maison fournis, pas le linge de toilette. Le ménage est fait par nos soins. WIFI et TV d'orange gratuits.

And...relax! L’Ancienne Gendarmerie is a beautiful restored police station right in the heart of the vibrant village of Pressac. On the main square opposite the church, and with lovely countryside views across the pretty river Clain and its medieval bridge, the house combines a sense of history with modern convenience and plenty of space. Perfect for families or groups of friends, there's plenty to do just staying in, but it is also a great base for exploring the beautiful Vienne and Charente.

Gite de Rosaraie

Charming split level, open plan gite, converted from an old stone barn attached to the family fermette set amongst fields, hedgerows and trees. Wood burning stove heating.Located on a peaceful rural lane close to the local village. Wonderful forest walks in close proximity. All mod cons and plenty of car parking space. Light and airy. There are numerous places of interest in the area serving a wide variety of tastes, as well as plenty of routes to explore for ramblers, walkers and cyclists.

Old Water Mill

Old water mill, built in 1850. Many of the original features of the mill have been left & been used to create a place of charm & character. Situated on a twelve acre lake, within a listed & protected zone by Natura 2000. You can eat your breakfast on the terrace next to the lake, in a very beautiful & tranquil setting. The only noise here comes from the birds, wildlife & the sheep in the surrounding fields. Owner lives on site in adjacent farm house. Many local bars & excellent restaurants.

Notre gîte La Marceline aménagé en 2020 se situe dans une maison indépendante orientée plein sud, ouverte sur un bel espace arboré, au coeur d'un petit village. La surface habitable de 60 m2 pour 2 personnes se compose notamment d'un espace cuisine-séjour très lumineux, d'une chambre avec salle de bain attenante. En face de la maison, un préau est à disposition ainsi qu'un parking. Pour vos courts ou plus longs séjours, de vacances ou professionnels, vous trouverez ici calme et confort!

Cadre idéal pour les sportifs et/ou les familles voulant profiter de la nature et des animaux : Chevaux, brebis, poules sont présents sur la propriété.

The beautiful old Abbey Town of Charroux is 8 Kms distant and we are within half an hour of Civray, Ruffec & Confolens.

Full access to large 4 person jacuzzi set on large terraced area with outstanding views.

Logement en plein centre bourg proche de tous commerces ( superette, coiffeur, boulangerie, tabac, pharmacie etc... ) avec une grande chambre ( 24m2). Le logement se situe à coté de la place du village donc facilité pour se garer ( voir photos) . Boîte sécurisée pour récupérer les clés, si arrivée tardive. 15 min du circuit du vigeant, 25 min de civaux, 25 min vallée des singes, 45 min de poitiers + possibilité de Terra aventura .

Mas de la Pinière

Nous sommes heureux de vous accueillir au Mas de la Pinière. Ce gîte vous offrira tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Vous aurez bien sur accès à l'ensemble du jardin clôturé qui s'étend jusqu'au petit cour d'eau. La piscine au sel est uniquement pour vous (de mai-juin à septembre). Elle n'est pas chauffée. Les enfants seront sous votre responsabilité.

Logement situé dans un petit village paisible, idéal pour se reposer. A 8 km de CIVAUX, tout équipé , il vous attend pour une nuit, un week-end ou comme meublé de tourisme pour une semaine ou plus. Piscine municipale découverte à 800 m pour la période d'été. Commerces à 4 km à Lussac-Les-Châteaux. 10 min " planète Crocodile", 45 km Futuroscope , 30 min " Vallée des singes".
