The residence is located at the foot of the sand dunes of the Mediterranean. Located on the second floor out of 3. No roads to cross to be on the beach. Public Paying Parking in front of the residence However, there are a few free spots inside the property along the beach. The residence of Grasse is in the small cross at Carnon plage.

We accept date changes with similar durations up to 1 week before. The kitchen lounge, the dining room, and the 2 bedrooms have a breathtaking view of the sea from the 4th. 1 bedroom with sea views of 180 ° thanks to a bay overlooking the beach + a bay overlooking Sète through the dining room.
