Granny apartment in the countryside (child-friendly)

We are happy to have families with small children and support them where we can. In the apartment there are many useful things such as a highchair, potty or toys. We can provide much more. The apartment consists of a bedroom, kitchen with dining area, entrance area and bathroom. It is a detached apartment with a separate entrance door and its own washing machine. Directly opposite is a lake for swimming. There is a lot for children to do and play on the farm.

A beautiful 120 sqm apartment in a quiet location is rented. Neukirchen is 10 minutes by car from Braunau and 40 minutes from Salzburg. In the immediate vicinity are two inns, a bakery and a supermarket. We have a nice little 1-room apartment for travelers who like to spend a little time out in nature. The apartment is about 15 square meters and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. With us at Hadermannhof you can relax and enjoy the tranquility and nature or you can participate in the hustle and bustle at the farm. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Spacious and quiet accommodation. The kitchen is well equipped (stove with oven). 2 children up to 14 years old can sleep comfortably on the sofa bed in the kitchen. The kitchen is a passage room to the adjoining double bedroom. The bathroom with toilet and washing machine is in the hallway. Grocery store, cafe and 24-hour shop very close. Wi-Fi throughout the house and extra cable at the desk for a stable internet access e.g. for remote work.

The property is nestled in a landscape park with extensive green and wooded areas, directly on a small stream. Nature plays the leading role here. This is also reflected in the natural and sustainable management of the property. Fresh vegetables, herbs, eggs and fruit are grown in the surrounding gardens.
