The Spirit of Tasmania Ferry is only a 10 minute drive.

Located in Belmont, a central Geelong suburb, the bungalow is an open planned space that includes: a kitchenette, bench with bar chairs, ensuite, a queen sized bed and wardrobe. The design is bright and airy; the white colour scheme and cathedral ceiling provide a spacious feeling. It has its own private garden. The accommodation is a new addition to an existing property. It has good WiFi access, off street parking, and is close to restaurants, shops, a laundromat, post office, and library.

In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.
