In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Up to 8 people. In this beautiful, design-drawn lake house, you can enjoy Jämtland's nature completely undisturbed. Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. Approximately 20 minutes from Östersund & about 1 hour to Årefjällen or Bydalsfjällen. Made beds, towels & coffee can already be found in the house. (Car required) Interested in more service from us? Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home in Västerkälen outside Krokom. The house is out in the countryside with no neighbors, except the dwelling house. Close to the mountain world, fishing and berry picking. About 1 hour by car to magical mountain world summer and winter, about 25 minutes by car to central Östersund with a large selection of restaurants and other pleasures. There is a large sauna in the yard in a separate building, which can be used for a fee. Animals are allowed, but not cats due to allergies.

Apartment of 113 sqm with 8 beds, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a sauna in an exclusive timber house built in 2018, with a fantastic view of Åreskutan. 200 meters to the slope takes you to the Sadelexpressen chairlift, which connects with central Åre's lift system. The same walk out to the slope also takes you directly to Björnens children's area with a conveyor belt lift and Valleland. A place to stay for the whole family! Björnen's popular cross-country track is also a 70-meter walk from the house.
