A stone house built at the end of the 18th century, whose restoration was completed in 2017, perfect for those looking for peace and tranquility, but also an ideal base to visit the Maggiore and Orta lakes and the Ossola, Formazza valleys and other places of cultural and naturalistic interest.

The central location of the house allows you to walk to all the main tourist sites in the city. It has private parking. About 10 minutes away are the Railway Station, the bus terminal and the departure of the cable car to Pila. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).

Close to everything, but in the most complete calm, you can stroll through nature. Equipped with indoor dry toilet and shower room (no shower but a water point for your daily toilet). Breakfast is delivered to you every morning in a basket.
