Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

An outdoor terrace features a stone archway leading to a rustic kitchen area, complete with built-in grills. Traditional clay pots are positioned on the stone floor, while a wooden lounge chair is set casually beside a sturdy table, offering a cozy space for relaxation.
