The apartment is very quiet in a cul-de-sac, away from major roads and yet close to the center: - 500 m to the historic Öchsle train station - 500 m to the baker, butcher, supermarket - 700 m to the marketplace - 1.5 km to the monastery complex (basilica, gallery fruit box, starting point hiking trail recreational area Krummbach)

The apartment is on the 1st floor of our single-family home, which is located on the outskirts and is very quiet.  In the spacious kitchen there is a table with 2 benches, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee filter machine. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub. The toilet is separate.  In the bedroom is 1 double bed (1.80 m) and enough space for a baby crib. In the living room is a cozy seating area and another French bed (1.40 m).

The apartment is in a very good location, the market square is a 3-minute walk away.

Beautiful, bright apartment that is modern and cozy. With separate workstation, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and cozy living area. In the bedroom you will find a large double bed as well as a spacious wardrobe. Towels, duvet covers, washing machine, hair dryer, etc. are of course provided. You can park in the courtyard and after just a few meters through the quiet village you can enjoy the great outdoors.

In the tiny house on the roof of the Fiddler's Green Pub in Pfaffenhofen an der Roth, you can really enjoy yourself: relax on the sun lounger, enjoy the hot tub and sauna with outdoor shower or make yourself comfortable in the tiny house. Grill something delicious on the sundeck or have food delivered directly from the pub to the tiny house via our app from Monday to Sunday starting at 5 pm.
