Las Claras Rural House

Casa Las Claras has three double bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the third with two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, as well as a living room, kitchen, and a Canarian patio inside. Outside there is private parking, gardens, leisure and reading areas, and a large terrace with a swimming pool. Although it seems large, the house can be adapted in a very cozy way for two people to feel at home. However, reservations for special events and parties are not allowed. We, the hosts, live on the other side of the house. We share the pool terrace with our clients, and although we don't really use it, if there are clients using it, we need to go through this area to enter and exit our house. It is ideal for children, they have surroundings where they can run, play, as well as a corner with beach sand. In the house there is satellite TV, DVD, change of towels on the third day, washing machine service for stays longer than a week, etc. Far from the worldly noise of mass tourism, it is located in the village of Tías. The place is very quiet and with very easy access to the center of the village. You can walk there in ten minutes and find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, a health center, and of course, La Ermita de San Antonio where there are usually beautiful exhibitions of painting, sculpture, etc. To enjoy the countryside that surrounds us, just behind the house there are a series of trails, included within the network of island trails, and that can make you enjoy wonderful views and a pleasant walk. You can also find a public transportation stop less than five minutes away. From this place, visiting the island is easy. Almost in the center, the longest journey takes 30 minutes by car. The nearest beaches, Puerto del Carmen, can be reached in 10 minutes and the beaches of Papagayo, 30 minutes, ideal golden sand beaches. In short, we invite you to get to know us, enjoy a cozy place where birdsong will be part of your company during your stay.

It has the traditional architecture of the island and a large garden with numerous corners where you can relax, have a barbecue or enjoy the views of the surrounding vineyards. La Casita II is located in one of the most interesting areas of Lanzarote, as we are very close to the protected natural park of La Geria, the famous vineyard area. Nearby you can find the El Grifo winery, the oldest in the Canary Islands and which has an interesting museum where you can see some old machines that were used for winemaking. Also relatively close are the Naturalist Cave and the Cuervo Volcano.
