Nice little apartment with great views for max. 4 people in Schnifis. The village is located on the sunny slope of the Walgau in the Dreiklang hiking area, with a paragliding school in the village. Schnifis has a small grocery store, tennis, soccer, beach volleyball and children's playground and a natural lake. In just 30 minutes by car you can reach the ski resorts in the Great Walser Valley, Damüls, Brandnertal, Montafon or Laterns. Day trips to Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Lake Constance are possible.

Das örtliche Einkaufszentrum sowie Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Apotheke, Bäcker, Fitnessstudio sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Bludenz ist ebenfalls zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Bus (welcher vor der Haustüre abfährt) bringt dich innerhalb kürzester Zeit zum nächsten Skilift.

In addition, you get 1 free entry to the Val Blu indoor pool, some outdoor pools are free, shopping in 5 minutes

In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht ihr: Dorfladen, Gasthaus, Bushaltestelle, Schwimmbad. 15 Gehminuten sind es zum Fluss. Im Sommer laden Wanderungen zu Touren ein, im Winter findet ihr wunderbare Skigebiete. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt euch dorthin.

Our Weng is a lovingly furnished hut for people looking for a simple, natural and decelerated life. The hut is located at 1200 meters above sea level, in the Groß Walsertal, in Austria surrounded by hay meadows, in a fantastically beautiful secluded location. Whether hiking, biking, swimming, mountain tours, alpine hikes or skiing, all this and much more is possible in the immediate vicinity. A dream place to relax, feel good and recharge... The apartment is located on the outskirts of Bludenz and has a spacious storage room for sports equipment as well as a private laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and the possibility to hang up clothing. Supermarkets are within a few minutes' walk. Bus stops are in the immediate vicinity and the train station can be reached in a short time. Bludenz is the ideal starting point for various hiking and skiing areas. Arlberg, Sonnenkopf, Montafon, Golm, Gargellen, Brandnertal…).

The holiday home is a listed building, as it is already 350 years old. In 2009 it was partially renovated. The 2-storey holiday home consists of a living room with a pellet stove, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV.
