Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.

Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. With a great view over the lake Mälaren and the surrounding nature, our countryside house offer you peace and quiet. However, Stockholm City is only 40min away and Arlanda airport can be reached in 15min. Please be advised that the house is located in the countryside and use of a rental car is preferred. The swimming pool is open mid May-mid Sept. We ourselves live right next door and although we respect your privacy, we are always here to answer any questions you might have!

Welcome to rent our cottage that suits 2 adults and possible 1-2 children. The cottage has a large terrace with fantastic lake view and terrific sunsets. It´s located within 20 minutes walking distance from the city centre of Sigtuna.Small beach and boat dock to use within 70 meters from the cottage. Your own private bathroom with shower is not located in the cottage. it is 10 steps away in the basement of our main house. You have your own door and come and go as you like.

The cottage is located close to the main building and has its own balcony with lake views. Beautiful surroundings and close to the lake with a swimming area, about 100 meters away. On the property, there is a dog and during summertime there are sheep.
