The Casa sul Porto was born from the love of its owners for Maratea, a Lucanian town considered the pearl of the Tyrrhenian, a very green amphitheater that has the sea as its stage. It is located a few meters from the tourist port of Maratea, the village where the residence is located is immersed in a network of stairs, arches and narrow passages. On one side it is surrounded by greenery, on the other it has a magnificent view of the Christ. The house is very bright and each apartment has at least one view of the sea.

My place is close to the Masseta Marine Park with beautiful panoramic views; 8 minutes by car from Scario center, 15 minutes from Sapri, the City of the Spigolatrice and starting point of the Cammino si San Nilo, 20 minutes from the Morigerati caves and the Capelli di Venere waterfall. It is located in the countryside, in a panoramic and quiet place, outside the town center, with private parking and large garden. The apartment is suitable for couples, families, even with children, and groups of friends.

Easily accessible by car, few minutes away from Basilicata capital, Potenza, and 1 hour from the Historical town of Matera, and other natural and cultural destinations (e.g. 1/2 hour from Melfi, and Venosa, 1,5 h from Maratea On the Tirrenian Coast). Pretty house sea view

Very panoramic apartment of 30 m² with 4 beds, separate entrance, living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, large outdoor terrace equipped with tables and barbecue. Simple and modern furnishings, equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, TV and heating. Parking inside the entrance gate. About 200 meters municipal pool located in pine forest, very quiet and economic. The "blue flag" sea is about 15 minutes by car.

It overlooks a private terrace that looks out onto the mountains of Aieta and on which a small swimming pool with shower and hot water has been created, particularly suitable for children.
