The apartment is equipped with a double bedroom and closet, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a living and dining area with fitted kitchen (with dishwasher) and sofa bed, as well as a guest toilet. The hillside location opens up a spacious terrace with a carport in the south, which invites you to relax and barbecue.

Our house is located on the quiet outskirts of Wiedergeltingen. Munich, Neuschwanstein, Augsburg, Legoland Günzburg, or the Allgäu mountains are 50 minutes away by car. Or would you rather go to the Kaltenberg Knight's Games? You can get there in 30 minutes. The Skyline Park and the spa in Bad Wörishofen are 10 minutes away. Explore our beautiful Unterallgäu on hikes or a bike tour. You can park your car in front of the house on our property for free.

Dieses neu renovierte Haus, befindet sich mitten im zentral gelegenen Stadtpark und besticht durch dessen Innenstadtlage und einen rund 34.000 Quadratmeter großen Park, direkt vor der eigenen Haustüre. Lass dich begeistern vom direkten Blick ins Grüne! Die kurzen Spazierwege mitten in die Innenstadt sowie die Fußgängerzone lassen Herzen ebenfalls höher schlagen.

Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Unsere Gäste erwartet eine exklusive, hochwertig ausgestattete, sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung auf dem Land. Die Unterkunft hat einen eigenen Treppenaufgang und Parkplatz auf der Gebäuderückseite. Das Gebäude wurde ursprünglich im Jahr 1911 erbaut, daher auch der Name „Times 1911“. Wir haben ganz viel erneuert, renoviert und ausgebaut, so dass hier nun ein richtiges Schmuckstück entstanden ist.

Entspanne dich in unserem kleinen Paradies. Das außergewöhnliche Tiny House hat eine große Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick in den naturnahen Garten. Umgeben von Vogelgezwitscher, Ziegen, Hühnern, und unserem Collie kann man das Landleben genießen. Dolce vita, einfach die Seele baumeln. Im Winter gibt es kein fließend Wasser!!Es steht ein Wasserkanister bereit. Bitte beachten! Im Häuschen nebenan befindet sich die Trockentoilette und Infrarotkabine.

The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Fantastic mountain views in the Allgäu climatic health resort

Whether you enjoy the sunset from the roof terrace overlooking the Allgäu Alps or plan a mountain bike tour and a hike directly from your apartment door - nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation here. In winter, you can start extensive tours at an altitude of 900 m with snowshoes and cross-country skis - directly in the climatic health resort - or explore all the Allgäu ski resorts within a 30 km drive.
