The sunny room is a bedroom / living room with a king-size bed for two people and a single bed. The equipment also includes Wi-Fi on request and SAT-TV. It has a kitchenette and a writing desk.

Former farm building of the forester's lodge, rebuilt in 2006, very quietly located in the middle of nature, wide view over the fields and meadows. The Adelindis thermal bath can be reached in Bad Buchau, 5 km away, and other thermal baths are within a radius of about 25 km. The summer house is not suitable for children under 4 years of age and not for people with disabilities, as the sleeping compartment can only be reached via the steep ladder.

Take a break from the hustle and bustle and relax in this green oasis. This property is located 100 meters from Lake Constance. The Bodensee bike road leads right in front of the house. The beach is a 5-minute walk, the waterfront promenade of FN is a 15-minute walk. It takes 15 minutes (by car) or 20 minutes (bike) to the exhibition center (7 km). There are restaurants and shops in the area. Parking is available for your car or bike.

Built in 2018, the modern apartment 303 (approx. 40 m²), including a rich breakfast buffet, is located on the upper floor. It offers a seating area in the garden, which is adjacent to our own vineyards. The bedroom is a connecting room to the living room. A lockable bicycle garage with charging facilities for e-bikes is available free of charge. A free car parking space is available directly at the house.
