Tucked away at the bottom of our garden, our Tiny Home is a little rustic escape from modern life. Sit on the deck and enjoy the company of friendly cows basking in the evening sun, or gaze out of the picture window spotting the wildlife. The cabin is designed so that you can reconnect with yourselves and nature (there’s no TV!) - play board games, cook up something wonderful in the kitchen, or go exploring at one of the fabulous Somerset Levels nature reserves! Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Shared driveway next to main house. Not suitable for children or pets.

The Old Stables

Hidden away in a unique rural setting on the Somerset Levels.  Light, airy and cosy with log burner. Looking out of the glass frontage you will find our alpacas, goats, ponies and various poultry . Right on the edge of nature reserves this is perfect for cyclists and bird watchers. In the winter months you can witness the famous murmurations. Close to Clarks Factory Shopping Village with historic Glastonbury and Wells a short drive away. 100yards from country pub. Close to junction 23 on M5

The Cow House , just a moo away....

A unique space situated on the beautiful somerset levels, great bird watching and bike riding. The Cow House is just short walk away is the village centre less than 10 mins away you will find a village shop,great children’s play area and skate park,two pubs which both serve food . Good for cycling it’s very flat with little traffic. half an hour from Bristol, 10 minutes from a 7 mile long beach, an hour from Bath and 20 mins from Wells ,Glastonbury. Lots of places to see. Towels NOT provided

Izmir Annex

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Situated at the bottom of a very quiet cul de sac in the beautiful village of Mark, Somerset. A stones throw and walking distance of 5 minutes each from two award winning pubs and the village shop/post office. Excellent for walking, bird watching and cycling as the Somerset levels and RSPB reserves are just down on the doorstep. The local church is also just behind the house. Please note you can leave your bicycles secured in the garden.

Doris our shepherds hut

Doris our shepherd's hut is nestled in our paddock and meadow on the Somerset levels and has lovely views over neighbouring fields. It is close but not too close to our other hut Daphne and our annexe room Huberts. We are keen to encourage flora and fauna and manage the paddock accordingly. We are situated on the outskirts of a small village and the edge of the Somerset levels. We are ideally situated for sightseeing around Somerset. Daphne our other hut is also in the paddock.

Barn, Wedmore, 1 min to pub

Refurbished, bright, spacious one bedroom barn conversion, located up a peaceful country lane, just a moments walk from the centre of the thriving, quaint village of Wedmore. Shared drive with parking for one vehicle and own private patio. Opportunity to sit and star gaze, birdwatch or just enjoy a peaceful drink outdoors. Also moments away from three great pubs and several charming cafes and eateries. Wedmore is a stunning central location from which to explore all of Somerset.

Coachmans - Farm; Animals; Rural; Gym; Spa (extra)

Coachmans is part of West House Cottage; at the back of the main house. The room is a bright airy room, accessed up a stairs with its own en-suite shower room. The house is on the edge of Chilton Polden with beautiful views of the Mendips and the Levels. There is more accommodation contained within West House Cottage opposite and beneath. Gym & outdoor spa (additional charges); beauty parlour, Alpaca Trekking, animals - lots of places to visit. Not suitable for children.
