Bathroom with shower. 2 spacious terraces, communal swimming pool (July an August open and free to use). Beach within walking distance, in front of the door! Airco, WIFI , safe, parking in front of the door.

A neatly made bed features a deep blue coverlet, complemented by neatly rolled white towels tied with blue ribbon accents. A view of the balcony is visible through large windows, filling the room with natural light and revealing glimpses of the outdoors.

Impressive apartment in a villa with a garden just a few steps from the sea. The house offers fine finishes and has all the necessary amenities to spend a pleasant vacation. The garden will be finished shortly. There are three independent spaces in the villa. Each has its own separate entrance and patio, the garden is shared with the rest of the villa. The house is located a few steps from the sea, in front of large beaches with all amenities during the summer period.

It is not easy to find a place so rich in history and unique in its kind. Liberty style villa with historical cultural link entirely designed and decorated by the Sicilian artist Sebastiano Pennisi who dedicated five years of his life to the decoration of the building. The villa is surrounded by half a hectare of citrus (grapefruit, mandarins, oranges, annone, pomegranates); in the avenue there are eleven palm trees and giant cycas.

A spacious rooftop terrace offers sweeping views of the sea. Comfortable seating is arranged around a large table, with a grill located nearby. A spiral staircase leads down to the lower levels, emphasizing the outdoor entertaining space against the clear blue sky.
