Mindre, men funktionelt badeværelse med brus. Stort bryggers. Absolut ingen fester, ingen dyr og ingen rygning indendørs.

Welcome to our "sommerhus". It is 135m2 and located 700m (10 minutes) from the beach and Marielyst's center. During the renovation, we attached great importance to sustainable materials, Nordic design and a wide range of activities. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, heated pool, outdoor shower, sandpit, playhouse, smart TV, WiFi and activity room with table tennis, table football and a climbing wall. Ca.3 km til Marielyst hyggelige torv.  Huset opvarmes med varmepumpe, brændeovn og el, så der er rig mulighed for at nyde huset på kolde dage.  Husets TV er ikke tilsluttet TV kanaler, men der er chromcast i TV’et.

House has 2 levels with fantastic 180 degree unhindered views to the ocean and sunsets. House is situated 75 min in car to Copenhagen or 10 min to nearest grocery shopping. Several sights, shopping and amusements parks in close proximity.
