Lovely apartment in the center of Nykøbing F

The apartment is located in the center of Nykøbing Falster. Newly renovated in 2020. There is a 10-minute walk to Nykøbing F station. The popular Marielyst is the place to go if you want to go to the beach. You are close to wonderful experiences on Lolland and Falster. Lots of options for dining, cinema, theater and shopping within walking distance of the apartment. We can possibly arrange the possibility of sleeping on an air mattress in the living room. The apartment has 2 small balconies. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator. Free parking.

Really nice, newly renovated apartment

Beautifully renovated apartment on the ground floor with two terraces with several seating areas. Living room and kitchen in one with a brand new kitchen and all the kitchen equipment you need. Delicious sofa group with electric fireplace for extra coziness. Dining table with plenty of space. Everything fits together and is brand new. Large lovely windows with door to lovely morning terrace on one side and lovely covered terrace with dining area and beautiful lounge area on the other. New bathroom with shower. Two double bedrooms.

The large property in the middle of Storegade has previously been a bank, but has now been rebuilt with respect for the original style and contains a mix of shops, offices and holiday apartments. The apartment is on the 1st floor and overlooks Storegade. There is a private parking space behind the property.

There is plenty of opportunity to fish all the way along the coast, where there is a good opportunity to catch sea trout.
