Sjarmerende og modernisert lite hus innerst i Maridalen. Perfekt for by og markaferie. 15 minutter med bil til sivilasjonen eller 20 minutters togtur til Oslo S fra Snippen stasjon 200 meter unna.Til Varingskollen Alpinsenter er det 20 minutter med tog andre veien. Nordmarkas turstier og sykkelveier starter ved dørstokken. Verten bor i nærheten og er tilgjengelig. Huset har 20 kvm grunnflate, men er effektivt utnyttet med hems, stor takhøyde og gode vindusflater. Terassen er sydvendt og solrik.

Oslo, Beautiful apartement for two (+)

The apartement is all new - it’s on the 9th floor with a beautiful view. 1 minute to foodstore, 3 minutes to the subway. (T-bane) The T-bane takes you to the center of Oslo in 13 minutes. Close to NIH (Norwegian School of Sport Sciences) and the Sogn student ‘city’ UIO. Also to the lovely forest Nordmarka and the beautiful lake Sognsvann, where you can go swimming or ice-skating. Safe and quiet area. Feel free to inquire if preferred dates are marked as blocked. I might be able to reschedule .

Here you have immediate proximity to the wilderness, swimming, fishing and cross-country skiing. A large outdoor sauna soon to arrive on the property. Sightseeing and restaurants in Oslo are nearby. The cottage is modern and fully equipped with top facilities. Bedding&towels can be rented for €20 per person.

Leiligheten er et romslig loft. Her er detaljene designet av nordiske arkitekter, i en skandinavisk stil for koselige kvelder og arbeid. Stuen er stor og luftig med sofa og spiseplass. Her er det loftsvinduer og autentisk treverk i taket og heltre gulv. Soverommet er romslig med en stor komfortabel seng og en praktisk kjøkkenkrok. Alt du trenger skal være tilgjengelig :) Arbeidsrommet er godt designet for fokusert arbeid med bærbar pc eller lesing. Bøker tilgjengelig for å lese. Velkommen!

Enjoy a peaceful stay at this tranquil place by the sea. Surrounded by tall pine trees in the base floor of our architecht drawn house. Everything you need inside, and nature just outside the door. A rocky path leads to the private jetty with a rowing boat at your disposition. Within a 20 minutes drive you will reach Kolsås, Sandvika, Høvikodden and Oslo, and by public transport Oslo is within an hour. Koselig, rustikk hytte på gårdstun i Oslo

Bo på landet i vakre Maridalen men likevel innenfor Oslo. Hytta “Drengestua” på 43 kvm. ligger på tunet mellom stall og vertens hus på en hestegård. Her kan det slappes av i landlige omgivelser, oppleve turer med alt det Nordmarka kan tilby, men likevel bo nærme det urbane liv i Oslo. BIL: Kun 12 min til Nydalen med butikker, restauranter og offentlig transport til Oslo sentrum. KOLLEKTIV: Busstopp 5 min. å gå fra hytta. Det tar 18 minutter med buss til Brekke og 25 minutter til Nydalen.

Fantastisk utsikt - Nær naturen

Len deg tilbake og slapp av på dette rolige, elegante stedet. Når du kommer inn døren så er du i stuen. Med privat balkong og peis. En sofa og queen size seng. Ta trappen ned for å komme til kjøkken og bad. Kjøkkenbenken er ganske liten, men den har induksjonstopp og stekeovn. Leiligheten passer for en til to personer som ønsker å være nær turterreng og skiløyper. Fint utgangspunkt for turer i naturen. Samtidig kun 30 minutter fra Oslo sentrum med museer og restauranter.
