Forest apartment Einöde

A unique apartment in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest awaits you. As a dog owner, you will have a particularly good time with us. Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

For romantic, relaxed days in nature, away from stress, just for two, for lovers, for those in need of rest, for garden lovers - just switch off - our guest house (approx. 40 sqm) offers all of this in the middle of our garden (8000 sqm), surrounded by forest and church. For everyone who can do without TV. 2 km from the small village of Falkenfels with a castle and a pond. The Straubinger Volksfest attracts, the Unesco World Heritage Regensburg, skiing or hiking in St. Englmar or on the Arber.

In our new apartment there are 1 bedroom with king size double bed, 1 living room, 1 dining room with microwave, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, sink and refrigerator, no cooking facilities and 1 large bathroom. The garden behind the garage with garden furniture and charcoal grill can be used. Use of 2 bicycles is available. The location is 500 m from the Danube cycle path and about 2 km before Bogen in the district of Furth, shopping center 200 m. Restaurants and beer gardens in the area.

Pretty weird

Our house is located 2 km from the center of Deggendorf at a slight elevation. The loosely built residential area is surrounded by greenery with no through traffic. The nearby mixed forests invite you to take a relaxing walk. The holiday apartment with its own bathroom is located on the entire upper floor of the house. The sloping ceilings create a very cozy atmosphere. Solid wood furniture and cork floors with natural surfaces contribute to a healthy, comfortable climate.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

Room Josefine on the Grandsberg

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation in an absolutely idyllic location. Enjoy the unique view at 800 m altitude into the Bavarian Forest and the Gäuboden. You can set off on beautiful hikes directly from the property. Particularly recommended are the Hirschenstein (with lookout tower, at 1052 m) and the idyllic Mühlgrabenweg. Here you can reach the peaks along a stream. There are also beautiful trails for mountain bikers.

Das Tiny House 'Am Bach' liegt, wie der Name schon sagt, direkt am Reißinger Bach und bietet viel Privatsphäre. Dem Gast steht ein komplettes Haus mit eigener Terrasse und Privatparkplatz zur Verfügung. Der Bayerische Wald ist ca 30 Minuten entfernt, der Nationalpark Bayerischer Wald eine Stunde. Für Motorradfahrer vermitteln wir gerne auf Anfrage Motorrad-Kurven-Trainings im Bayerischen Wald mit einem erfahrenen Fahrertrainer.

You can relax wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For guests, the 1st and 2nd floor are reserved and connected to the stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studio rooms.
