The house is situated in a very quiet location and yet in the middle of the Alpe-Adria area. 1.5 hours drive to the Slovenian coast of Istria, 50 minutes to the capital of Slovenia, Ljubljana and not to forget the many Carinthian lakes in the immediate vicinity. For walking, strolling, feeling good and relaxing, you can reach in max. 30 minutes to all known places on Lake Wörthersee such as Velden, Reifnitz, Pyramidenkogel, etc.

My accommodation is close to Klagenfurt (8 km) and Lake Wörthersee (5 km). It is located directly on the Rauschelesee, a small warm swimming lake in the landscape reserve. Klagenfurt Airport is about 14 km away. The bus stop is very close. You will love my place if you are looking for the original, close to nature, love to live by the water and enjoy meeting cosmopolitan people.
