Welcome to my apartment in the 3rd district. The flat is a newly renovated, spacious apartment with two separate rooms and full kitchen.(air-con, tv, wifi, etc. are provided). The apartment is fully furnished. You can find everything you need (washing machine, coffee machine, hairdryer, iron, towels, etc.) It takes 15 minutes to get to downtown by direct bus (even during the night). Public transport (buses, tram) to the city center, market, playground, pharmacy, restaurants, are all nearby.

A spacious room features light-colored walls and wooden flooring. A cozy bed covered with blue and white stripes is positioned beside a rug. A wardrobe stands open with clothing visible, while a small table and chair are located near the window. Green plants add a touch of nature.

Lovely Studio Apartment in Hip Neighborhood +AirCo

This great apartment is situated in a neighborhood with unique atmosphere in central Pest with lots of green and fascinating modernist architecture. Pozsonyi Way is one of the best streets to stay at: home to charming cafés, delicious pastry shops, great restaurants. It has a community. The location is really close to the main tram line (running day and night) and 15 minutes walking to the Parliament. Update: we have a brand new and top quality AirCo unit in the apartment. Close to the main transaportation points metro station 2 minutes away, city centre is 10 minutes away, Danube and Margaret island within walking distance, Lehel tér market and Westend shopping mall are close. Train station (Nyugati) is rather close as well. Private parking garage just opposite of the apartment with 24 h secured parking possibility.

This small sunny, cozy, quiet apartment is located on the fourth floor of the building with an elevator, overlooking the park and the Danube. The apartment has all the basic equipment to make you feel comfortable. (Wifi, TV, hair dryer, washing machine, microwave oven, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, hotplate, sandwich oven) I'll wait for you with a welcome coffee.
