We offer you a bright attic apartment in our three-family house: It is completely renovated and converted into a cozy studio apartment. The apartment is suitable for two people, with a double bed and a sofa bed available. Supermarket, market hall and the city center can be reached on foot in a maximum of 10 minutes. We have a bus stop right outside the front door. The bus is at the main train station in 10-15 minutes. Bicycles can be locked in the garage.

The vacation apartment is about 22 m² and can be reached via its own entrance. So you have it all to yourself! It is designed for 1-2 people. There is a kitchenette and a cozy dining sofa. For restful sleep, there is a cozy bed (1.60 m) at your disposal. The bathroom with daylight offers a bath and shower. You have your own terrace with garden at your disposal.

Old Transformers Tower

Our tiny house is a former transformer tower, which is a 5-minute walk from the old town. Supermarket,gas station, pharmacy and parking garage are nearby. The tower has a 32 sqm terrace that floats above the Ammer. The bedroom,with private balcony and extra TV, is located under the roof. Integrated kitchen, nice bathroom with shower and floor heating.

Come to rest and relax. Take a walk in the woods or go to the outdoor pool in summer. In winter, it's not far to Böblingen to the thermal baths. The location is ideal south of Stuttgart between Herrenberg and Tübingen. Our guests have made excursions from here to the Alb, the Black Forest, Lake Constance and even as far as Neuschwanstein.

There is no sink. The dishes are washed by us daily. The upper floor has no apartment door. The rooms and bathroom can be locked.
