The residence is a renovated flat with a size of 100 sqm. It is found on the upper floor of our vacation home in the coastal settlement of Marathos in Magnesia, about 10 km from the city of Volos and just 100-150m from the nearest beach. It has got a panoramic view of the entire Pagasetic Gulf. The residence can accommodate one or more families or groups of 2-6 people. All the bedrooms are sunny, have a scenic view of the sea .

The interior space features warm brick walls and a cozy layout. A seating area includes a gray sofa and a striped armchair, while a round dining table is surrounded by wicker chairs. Large windows allow natural light to brighten the area, enhancing the inviting atmosphere.

The view is impressive and the interior of the house boasts the romance of another era with all modern-day comforts. The property has two floors and a garden (1000 sqm).
