With a great location, between the viewpoint of Portas do Sol (Alfama) and Graça viewpoint, 2 minutes walk from the famous tram 28 and 5 minutes walk from the Castle. Great to discover the historic center.

The windows (double glazed) are new, allowing for heat/cold and noise insulation. The kitchen is new: refurbished in December 2023. Close to Supermarket, McDonalds, pastry shops and restaurants. It's easy, safe and free to park on the street. Fast Vodafone internet, ideal for home office.
