An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

The loft features a comfortably arranged living area with a blue sofa accented by decorative cushions. A round coffee table rests on a textured rug. The spacious bed is positioned against a textured wall, with soft lighting enhancing the inviting atmosphere.

Room N.5 - Design and Canal View - Loft design for two people equipped with every comfort. Great view of the Santa Marina canal. Possible private access by taxi during the day. It is a perfect alternative for a hotel stay in Venice. A stone's throw from Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge. Overlooking the Rio di Santa Marina and close to the Church of Miracles. Restaurants, bars, typical Venetian taverns, and supermarkets are all within a few minutes walk. NB : NO CHECK-IN AFTER 7 PM

Unique house in the heart of Veneto

Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

An outdoor area features a small table with light blue chairs and an umbrella for shade. Nearby, comfortable lounge chairs are positioned for relaxation. The setting is framed by a yellow wall with greenery in the background, creating a welcoming space for leisure.

At the gates of Marano

Kitchen with gas sink fridge and comfortable table with bench and chairs. The window overlooks the vineyard and fishing valley. In the evening you can see the sun set. Outside there is a small table with an umbrella and a lounger to relax. Spacious room 5.5m for about 5.5m. Bathroom with comfortable bidet shower and sink. My family and I live upstairs compared to the apartment. We are a 6-7 minute walk from the center of Marano Lagunare. The decor is rustic.

The modern 'Grado House' is located only a few steps away from the main beaches and close to enchanting little islands. Total relaxation a few steps away from the centre, the Grado Spa and the Aquatic Park. The ideal place for an experience of luxury and comfort. It has private uncovered parking (2 cars), a beautiful garden consisting of a heated inflatable Jacuzzi with hydromassage (summer only), 2 sun loungers, a sofa and a patio with outdoor dining table.

The kitchen area is modern and features a central island with a sleek countertop. Cabinets in neutral tones line the walls, while under-cabinet lighting provides illumination. A small stove and sink are visible, complemented by contemporary light fixtures above the island.
