Beautiful 19th Century house in a secluded setting overlooking the Vienne river. A perfect space to unwind, relax and recharge, with beautiful woodland views all around. The whole house is included; three bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge, dining room, kitchen, half-covered patio and large garden with an island and 100m of river frontage There is a house manual with all the info you need for a wonderful break! Arrivals any time after 4pm and departure please by 11am to allow for cleaning.

The flat is a 2 minute walk from the centre of Bourganeuf, which has shops, bars and restaurants. Bourganeuf is ideally situated to explore the beautiful countryside of the Creuse and neaby lac de Vassiviere.

Maison chaleureuse entourée d'arbres centenaires. Maison à deux étages entièrement rénovée. En bas salon avec cheminée, salle à manger, cuisine, coin repas, une chambre avec WC et salle de bain séparés. À l'étage une chambre avec deux lits simples et une suite parentale. Vous serez accueillis par Guy et Elisabeth qui vivent sur le domaine. Vous trouverez des produits laitiers (lait, beurre, fromage, crème,faisselle) dans la ferme voisine.
