The mill is located in Boimouro, a spectacular rural setting by the river Mazo and known as "the jewel" of the council of El Franco (Asturias). The mill has capacity for 6 people: 2 double bedrooms and a loft, living room with fireplace, TV, DVD, stereo, heating, fully equipped kitchen and dining room, bathroom, Wi-Fi, private parking and a 1300 m2 of a private garden with 3 different areas, a trees and flower garden, a picnic area and solarium at the top of the house with a gorgeous view.

Rural hamlet LOVenturo (Lugar O Venturo) now consists of two guest houses – House O Venturo and Cabaña de Jardin (Garden Cabin) separated by the terraces with distance of 25 metres approximately between them – so the guests can enjoy privacy of their own space. This fabulous watermill stood empty and abandoned until it was recently fully restored and converted into a beautiful, comfortable home. Enjoy listening to the quiet rustling of the river while you drift off to sleep. The house sits on over a hectare of land and is extremely private, yet it has the convenience of being only a 2 minute drive to the local restaurant and a 5 minute drive the beaches and to the nearest village where you can find everything you need.
