Forcalquier is a small town of 5,000 inhabitants located in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence halfway (1 hour drive) to the Gorges du Verdon and the Luberon. Forcalquier has a very lively city center with all the local shops, a cinema and many restaurants. The Forcalquier market (Monday morning) is one of the most important in the area. At the end of March, we see the plantations of multicolored tulips, and at the beginning of July, the surrounding fields are covered with lavender in bloom.

Truly splendid 12m x 8m swimming Pool Mas des Lavandes : very comfortable and fully air-conditioning provençal house (2 independant bedrooms) 95 square yards, covered terrace, private garden, barbecue, WIFI, parking. Gîte de France 4 épis. Badminton, petanque.
