The house is located above St. Lorenzen in the Lesachtal, a mountaineering village in the middle of the Carnic Alps and Lienz Dolomites. Our old farmhouse, which was lovingly expanded and renovated in 2023, is located on the edge of the forest in a beautiful secluded location and is directly accessible by car. Due to the south-facing orientation, our guests enjoy sun from early to late.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Chalet Alpensuss is a luxury holiday home for 2–6 guests with air conditioning, a private EV charger, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. Located in sunny Kötschach-Mauthen, close to the family ski slope and surrounded by stunning mountain scenery, it is the perfect base for hiking, cycling, skiing and relaxing. Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Around 30 square meters, let you forget the time with a view of the Harnische Hauptkamm. A fireplace and outdoor sauna provide pleasant warmth if you come home after a strenuous day of skiing.
