The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

Surrounded by wildly growing fruit trees, mountain forests and meadows and yet in the middle of the Schladming-Dachstein vacation region. In summer, it is an Eldorado for mountain athletes and mountain bikers. In winter, a great ski resort with over 230 km of perfectly groomed ski slopes. Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

In the middle of the Austrian Alps in the "Salzburger Sportwelt Amadé" we welcome you in our newly built Apartment Bergzeit. Our cozy, 65 m2 apartment is located in the center of Eben im Pongau. Many exciting destinations, whether in summer or winter, can be reached in just a few minutes by car. Cycling and hiking trails, the family ski area Monte Popolo, as well as the cross-country ski run and winter hiking trail are in the immediate vicinity.

Haus Anne

The house is close to Reiteralm Silver Jet ski lift (4 min by car). It is absolutely lovable because of the views and the location. Beside the two double rooms there is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining corner. The big balcony is facing to Reiteralm. The place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Pets are welcome (but we need to charge an extra €50 because of the extra cleaning).

So close to NATURE

Relax in the quiet surroundings, or be active in sports. However you want. The house is located directly on a ski mountain and on the cross-country ski trail. Hiking trails lead away from the house. In 8 minutes' walk, you can reach a sports shop, the bus stop and the lake. Culinary, only 5 minutes' walk, there is a café, a pizzeria and 2 restaurants. Or you can get the mushrooms and berries from the forest right behind the house.
