La casa nei vicoli è perfetta per chi vuole vivere l'atmosfera del centro storico e della zona turistica di Mandello del Lario! La casa vacanze si trova in zona pedonale centralissima quasi in riva al lago, un posto romantico dove godersi il tramonto e perfetto per rilassarsi e godersi la dolce vista del Lago di Como. L'appartamento, situato al piano terra, fa parte di una storica dimora costruita prima del 1700 che risulta essere fresca e non necessita di aria condizionata.

L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano della nostra casa. Si accede dall'ingresso principale per poi raggiungere, dopo aver attraversato il giardino interno, l' appartamento. L'alloggio è stato ristrutturato nel 2020: è di circa 70 mq. Due camere da letto matrimoniali: una sull'ampio soppalco con le travi a vista, l'altra con un grande armadio. La cucina è essenziale ma dotata di lavastoviglie e frigorifero. Il bagno è moderno, confortevole. Terrazza vista lago.
