Studio indépendant situé à côté de notre maison d'habitation , entièrement aménagé: TV et lecteur DVD mais pas de TNT, wifi, une mezzanine avec un grand lit en 160 et un canapé dépliable, kitchenette, salle de bain, parking. A 15 minutes du circuit de Nogaro, de Barbotan les Thermes et son casino, d'Eauze et 35 minutes de Mont de Marsan.

This former farm was renovated and thought for you to feel like home! Surrounded by vineyards, a vegetable garden and an flowery garden, you will appreciate calm but also the warm welcome of the locals. Landlords are living nearby and will offer to you what is best in Gers: organic food from across the street, taste of the « Floc » or the « Armagnac » but also a lot of animals: chicken, goats and Horses!
