Cozy cabin in Storvika

Small but cozy cabin in Storvika with water, electricity and wood burning. A sleeping alcove in the cabin and an annex with bathroom and bedroom. The cabin is located in the forest about 400 meters from Storvika Strand and outdoor area. Storvika is Trøndelag's finest beach and a super swimming area! Storvika also has several bolted routes for rock climbing and the beach is widely used for windsurfing and kiting. Walking distance to train station and city centre. There may be some noise from the parking lot and industry during the day.

Spacious single-family home, with sea view and large outdoor area

Refurbished and rich house with plenty of space, large outdoor area, fantastic sea view and good sun conditions. The house offers, among other things, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, 3 double beds, a cot (single bed) and the possibility of an extra single mattress attached to one of the bedrooms. In other words, it's perfectly fine to be 8 adults, or 4-6 adults with more children here. In the basement, the gym of 24 sqm can also be used if desired. The house is 20 min away from Værnes airport and 10 min walk away from large swimming area.

Sunny place in the forest, simple cabin in tureldorado

This is a charming little cottage in the middle of nature. About 40 minutes from Trondheim. It is a fantastic starting point for great trips in Malvik-marka both on foot and by bike. You can lace up your shoes on the stairs and you are on a trip. After a 5 minute walk through the forest you will meet Kjerkstien/pilgrimdleden and can hike along it into the fields or take a canoe trip on the lake. A short bike ride away is Foldsjøen with great swimming opportunities. Storfossen with hiking trails is in walking distance.

A covered outdoor veranda provides a scenic view of the surrounding landscape and water. The area features wooden railings and includes greenery, contributing to a peaceful setting. Seating is available, creating a comfortable spot to relax while enjoying the view.

Nice apartment from 2017 in quiet area only 11 minutes by car from Trondheim airport Værnes and 20 minutes by car from Trondheim city center. The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed on one, and two single beds that can be taken out to double beds on the other. Malvik Center in walking distance with grocery, pharmacy, wine monopoly and burger king. The apartment has outdoor porch under roof, fireplace and free parking Extra charge of 400,- for linens. Check in from 18.00, check out before 1pm.

Relax with your boyfriend or with your whole family at this peaceful place to stay with one of the best views and hiking opportunities! There is the bus stop at only 300 meters distance with frequent bus routes (bus number 70), it takes only 20 minutes to Trondheim and 15 minutes to Stjørdal/Værnes airport. Central location in Malvik. 20min by car to Trondheim and Værnes/Stjørdal. There are bus stops a few minutes away, where there are buses both north and south. From the residence it is walking distance to a small shopping mall, hiking areas and several playgrounds. A small drive away from the village, there are also two nearby local center, with several shops. Both in Trondheim and Stjørdal, there are restaurants, sights, water park, climbing park, nice parks, city centers, shopping and nightlife.

Welcome to Skogrand as my great-grandparents Aagot and Olov bought as a summerhouse in 1918. It is centrally located 15 minutes from Trondheim Airport and 25 minutes from Trondheim city center. The house has all amenities and many small bedrooms. It is located by itself with large plot and garden surrounded by woods and fields but also right by the road with easy access and plenty of space for parking.

The kitchen features modern cabinetry and an open layout, with ample counter space and natural light. Stainless steel appliances are present, including an oven and microwave. A window overlooks the outdoor area, enhancing the overall brightness of the space.
