Staircase that gives access to two apartments, both of which I own. My daughter and I live upstairs with independent access. I am available at all times via the app, 24 hours a day. For any questions, needs, or problems, you can count on us! If something breaks in this house, it's okay. You don't have to pay for it!! At check-out time, the most important thing is not to forget anything you might need later. City center is approximately 20-25 minutes, Ciudad de las Artes 15 mins by bus depending on traffic. These locations are a quick taxi ride and are very inexpensive in Valencia.
